I need to book an engineer to install my hub. Thought my house had a previous one but this is not the case. Your ‘contact us’ page just sends me round in circles. Can anyone help?

Not all properties have a socket, but just a cable through the wall. Check outside for a brown or grey box and trace the cable inside.
