First check the omnibox on the outside of your house and see if you can trace the wires from it, otherwise call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday

hello, i was looking on the forum for this issue, could you help with getting an engineer out? we’ve had a lot of trouble already with address issue and delivery issues and now that we finally have our self install kit delivered, it doesn’t fit at all. we have checked if we can find cable in an outside box but since we’re in flats, they’re not accessible at all really. we’re really desperate to get this wifi sorted now asap so it would be a really big help if you could help us with this, thanks! (sorry to highjack the threat)
