I have got a booked installation for tomorrow morning and concerned that it will not be possible and be delayed. The reason being as I had two engineers come round to the front of my house to do outside checks for connection and they said that the cable connection is blocked and then also handed me the green plastic wire trunking for the engineers to lay on the day and then promptly left.
There was no mention of whether the blocked connection would be prevent the installation tomorrow or rectified by the engineers installing it or even if there was anything I could do to assist in the matter.
