Block of flats pre wired no date on installation

Hi, 

Over the last 5 months Kelly Communications have been to my block of flats installing cables and most recently pre-wiring the external wall. Kelly Communications confirmed they were working on behalf of Virgin Media and they would be in touch soon regarding installation. 

It has been over 3 months since the pre-wiring however, I have no idea when Virgin Media are planning to install. It says nothing when I enter by postcode (says it's not available) and when I have called, no one can answer my question. 

Any help??
