Billing help please

I signed up for a new deal and I have been charged the wrong amount I signed up for a £24 a month plan but I'm being charged £25 also I was supposed to get a £50 amazon voucher still hasn't arrived and I was told I would get a new router which I didn't and had to use an old one to set up but still have been charged one off costs for what ? I do not know so if someone could look into it for me that would be great cheers as the service I've received since day one has been terrible and I'm not happy at all

If you login to your My Virgin account it'll tell you what you should be paying on your contract. If this is incorrect you need to contact customer services to get it fixed. 

They also won't setup old routers if this is a new account, they'll pretty much insist to send you a new one. 

You will however typically be charged £35 for an "activation fee".
