Bill payment not reflected on account - service stopped

Hello!

My first DD payment has bounced (new account, oops!) last week and I made a manual payment of the bill on Wednesday. I have received a receipt for this and the account name etc is correct. 

My service is now still saying it is suspended, and the bill paid amount is shown in my account as 'payments since last bill' but the outstanding balance is still showing. 

I cant for the life of me find anywhere were I can talk to someone about this, and just keep being directed back to the same web-page. 

Does any one have any ideas how I can fix this - or at least talk to a person!? I now need the service back on as a matter of urgency for work this week!

I'm not sure whether this alone will solve your problem but I think you may need to set up your direct debit arrangement again. Once it has failed, I believe the arrangement is cancelled.
