Being charged for equipment I’ve returned

Hello,

We left VM on 12/7 as it isn’t available at our new house we’ve moved to. I returned a superhub and TiVo box on 26/7 and I’m still receiving emails/texts every other day saying I’m about to be charged £135 for not returning them.

I’ve called twice and spend 25 minutes on hold to be told it’s probably just not updated yet but no one could actually confirm they’d been received.

Can I find out for sure to put my mind at ease?

do you have proof that you returned it?
ie a tracking number ?
