Being added to house files

Hi Everyone 

Firstly thanks for previous help. I have had two spotters arrive 10days ago and said property is serviceable but needed adding to house files this still hasn’t happened is there a time scale?

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here, please accept our apologies for the delays, this is not something we like to hear about.It can take a number of days for this process to complete as we also need to ensure that our records are 100% accurate as we have responsibilities to such things as the 999 database. Having said that 10 days should be enough time to complete our checks so i will send you a private message for some details and see how far along they are.
