Been waiting 7 weeks for upgrade activation

Upgrade contract was due to start 23rd February. After several phone calls was told that Quick Start installation kit is out of stock! I have called several times and complained twice but nobody bothers to call and tell me when this will be resolved. An agent said being out of stock is impossible as Virgin wouldn't have any new customers! Another agent promised to call me back personally - but it never happened. I am totally in the dark and completely fed up.

Welcome to the community and thanks for getting in touch with us about this issue, I'm really sorry that your upgrade hasn't been done as of yet due to a stock shortage.

 

Unfortunately we cannot advise any further from here as we are unable to assist with any package changes on the forums team, you would need to speak to the team on 0345 454 1111 or via text on 0753 305 1809 to have this arranged again.
