Router lights say router on but no WiFi, check for loose connection, no loose connection, then reset, done, then reboot, done. Still flashing green power and then flashing green internet lights. Service check says service is fine but service check fails at Virgin end. Then told to contact but obviously current situation doesn't allow. Now stuck and nowhere to go.
yup, noise has crept into the part of the network you are connected to. The network engineers will be on the case soon and resolve it. Highly likely will be before the 14th. Sorry i couldn't resolve the issue for you now but rest assured the field team will be out to fix it.
