Awaiting Setup call

Hi there, I recently put in an Order for Broadband only on the 02/04/2020.

I ordered a quick start box for my new home and it said that you cannot send out a QS Box due to an account already being on the address and that I would have to wait 2 weeks for it to be cancelled. Due to working with Virgin for a couple of years I knew this process was inevitable and its quite painless so I am obviously happy to wait.

I then received an Email saying that I had got accepted etc and to Await a phone call. I then got a generic email saying that everything is fine and that virgin had tried to phone me but I had no missed calls?? Unsure why they would say they had phoned me when they had not.

I have been waiting well over the 14 days and still not received a phone call. I understand due to the virus that you are all very busy. However, Virgin Mobile managed to call me 8  times in 3 days.. I would just like an update on my order please, should I go about waiting, put my order through again? 

any help would be great
