I have set up hub and checked all connections, wifi strength etc.when i put in password for wifi on my phone it reads 'authorisation needed/sign in'... Im lost!
Thanks micky👍i have entered the password etc correctly but its saying account not authorised.i called the helpline to check my account was up and running which it is and explained the problem to no go! hopefully an engineer can sort👍👍👍
Hi in that case did you phone the activation number 0800 9539500 have your account number area code and serial number of the device to hand. Regards Micky
