Area outage

I have had no broadband connection at my property for 5 days. This is unacceptable. Every time I speak to someone I am told that the problem will be fixed by a specific time and then it never is. All my neighbours with Virgin Media have the same problem. I need this fixed and I’m getting very frustrated that nobody is able to fix it.

Hi Amitshah003,

if you scroll to the top of this page, click on Check service status and you should see any updates on your local  area outage.

If it's not showing there I suggest you call the  Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.
