Service stopped at approximately 09:30 this morning but according to Virgin's service status everything is ok which it isn't! My wife is trying to work from home. Ran through all the checks 3 times made no difference how do I report the fault?
Did you check on phone or web page, phone is much better.
Check with Area faults on www.virginmedia.com/servicechecker or 0800 561 0061 If you have a VM landline 150 The phone goes down to post code level.
If no faults found:
Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait a day or two for a VM staff member to get to your post.
So which part of the country are you covered by area 22?
Bearing in mind area coverage is down to billing.
