Was supposed to have an engineer appointment at the weekend to install an additional v6 box, but this didn't happen.
Instead I received 1 box delivered as a Smart setup.
Is this currently the usual situation?
Probably would have stayed with Sky if I knew that I couldn't get the same service that I actually signed up for ...

Currently installs on 2nd boxes are being delayed until restrictions are lifted.
