I have an appointment rescheduled for Sat 11th June after a no show appointment a few weeks ago.

I got an email confirmation on for the appointment but on the app and on the VM website there isn’t any appointment/orders.

I have already had this appointment moved twice so are they going to turn up?

Appointments can take a day or so to appear on the account webpage Keep checking but if it doesnt appear start worrying..

Is this for a new install ? If it is - dont cancel any current contracts with another ISP until VM is installed and working to your satisfaction

Hi,

I rearranged this appointment last week, so I’m guessing I will need to start chasing them again.

this is a new instal and they have already not turned up twice.
