Appointment not showing up on account

My broadband engineer installation appointment no longer suits and is more than 2 weeks away, I keep reading that you change it in the Order and Appointments section of your account, but the only one showing up the the order itself and not the installation appointment so I can’t change it! Got cut off from the helpline also.

Do I just have to keep waiting for the appointment to appear on my account or is there anything else I can do?

I am sorry you have been unable to change the date via your online account.

 

I can change this for you here if the date is no longer convenient for you.
