Appalling service

Internet down (again) repair due next day, call back in 4 hours..... I wish

call again a week later (30mins on hold again) repair time another week, solution sign a new contract and we might give a discount or leave..... calling sky tomorrow.

Network out again

I wouldn’t mind if they could do the things they advertise.... but the service is nowhere, the internet is good on the rare chance it works. Discount offered I I sign a new contract when they can’t even provide a service the only other option I was given is leave.... 

next stop sky..!!!
