Hi,
I was using my hub 3 as a modem for my deco WiFi mesh set up. It was starting to give me hassle so I decided to go back using the hub until I get it sorted. I pressed the reset button on the back, all came back on as it should. Only problem I have now is the app doesn’t see the hub, even though I’m connected via the hubs WiFi. All connections are correct. Good strong WiFi signal. Am I missing something?

Hi @Bumfluff thanks for your post here in the Community although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised here.
Can you confirm which app you are referring to please, is it the Virgin Media Connect app?
If this is still happening, can you try to uninstall and reinstall the app to see if this helps please?
