Booked house move in July. First installation date cancelled by Virgin 24 hrs notice given ! (credit for 1 week given)
Over last 10 days have seen Virgin and sub contractor engineers looking at my property and both making markings on outside pavement.
New installation date was today and first Virgin engineer advised he could not install as no outside excavations have been done. Then 30 mins later sub-contractor arrives to do excavations only to advise cannot do as cabling terminates across the road and they need a permit from the local council before they can excavate the road.
Despite 4 text messages to the installation team nobody from Virgin have contacted me about todays problem. Have also spent hours on the phone with Virgin call centre in Never Never Land without any understanding of the problem
From reading similar cases on this forum seems my case is not an exception.
