Hi,
We're moving house and would love to go with Virgin again however our new address is currently showing that services are unavailable however the same postcode for all other neighbours are able to get Virgin services.
My wife called over a week ago however we've not had any updates yet.
Would it be possible to send someone out to get our new address listed online please so we can take out Virgin again?
