We are really sorry to hear that you have had some issues with getting services. 

There are many reason that you might not be able to get services.  Have you used our online post code checker?

Yes I’ve used the checker, and one of the customer service advisers also ran a check and confirmed that the flat is not available whereas the other 2 flats are. After this they put me on hold to see if they can arrange a spotter to check it out and after 5 minutes of being on hold the call dropped and I had to start all over again.
