This has been the case for a few days.
Reboot just returns to same out come. - all lights on, not flashing but steady.
Been on the answer machine listening to music for the past 3 hours. Totally unacceptable.
Try at 8am tomorrow morning, more chance to get through.

I am currebntly paying for a Tivo box that is just an ugly paperweight at the moment
VM Staff take about a week to get round to each thread, if you are going to wait on here do not bump your thread, it will go to the back of the VM 'to do list'.
In the meantime, try a full reset on the Tivo ...
I cant select anything on the remote. I cannot get onto any screen to do with Virgin Media
