After swap HUB - Troubles to get WiFi Boosters connected

I need some help, after my 4th call to the service-desk was "reset the boosters".

I have received a new Hub 3.0 as the previous one was defect. So installed the new one and reset my WiFi Boosters. Both boosters are connected to each other (it was working properly with the previous HUB 3.0) 

I have been gone trhough all the steps, have installed them manually, with the app etc.
Still it seems not working correct - If I look in my VirginMediaConnect app - all bullets are green except for my WiFi Booster - that bullet is orange and I cannot tap on it.

Sorry to hear about the problems you've had with your booster kit since the Hub was replaced.
