After set up broadband not working.

Hi 

 

Can anyone help me I ha e just setup my quick start pack. But can’t seem to get the broadband working. The WiFi is coming on but there Is nointernet. I have phoned up and they said they can’t help me right now ring back in 4 hours. Reset the router so many times to no avail. My line is apparently connected. 

it’s been setup since this morning. 

any help or advice would be great full. Cheers👍

Few others suffering from the same situation on here, myself included.  It seems there is a problem somewhere.  I also noted earlier on I couldn't login to my account via a web page although this is now resolved.

Have you managed to get connected yet? 

I have phone up before has they told me 4 hours and still I have to wait another 2 hours.

Do not waste your time calling VM.

This is a national activation issue ongoing since 8am today. 

Engineer told me so and said will be up in max. 4 hours

Tech support call 1 - will be up by 2pm

Tech support call 2 - will be up by 4pm

Tech support call 3 - will be resolved withing 3 working days.
