We moved into a new build before Christmas and have been trying to get internet in our new property. Our address doesn’t come up on the system despite ringing Virgin Media and telling them our address and them sending forms off. Since then we have been told we can not have Virgin Media but our neighbour and most of our estate has Virgin Media. We then got out on hold and then another advisor told us they don’t know as our address still isn’t showing. We also have a Virgin Media box attached to the outside of our house so I can’t understand why we would not be able to have it.
