My address doesn't seem to be listed on the virgin broadband checker. I have filled in the form but I have not yet received a reply. I was shown on rightmove, agent's goodlord, and other site i could get it. I just wanted to confirm it is available.

Hi Tohst

Does your address say not available on the VM postcode checker, or is it completely unlisted?

Is your address listed on https://www.royalmail.com/find-a-postcode ?

If so it's possible it needs adding to the VM database.

It's completely unlisted on virgin media but it is listed on royal mail's website. Managed to get in touch with support and was told they unfortunately do not offer service to my area. May have find a new place to stay sadly.
