Address not listed - Filled the form TWICE

Hello, have gone to the Virgin/O2 branch twice and filled two forms already and still no reply and no adding my address to the system. It has already been a month since the first time and two weeks after I filled the form for the second time. I can see there are other customers at my building and I was hopping to get Virgin because it was highly recomended, but I got nowhere and I'm with a pay as you go sim witch is REALLY expensive (as I was hopping to get cellphone and broadband together). Need some help here, please.

There could be a number of reasons why one property could receive service and not another. It’s very difficult to say without understanding it a little more so I would like to take a look at this for you and see what I can do to help.
