Address not found in signing up to new connection

I have build a new home and the address in Virgin Media system has not been updated. The address can be seen with Sky and Royal mail. Please help in updating

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear your new build home isn't showing on our system, as our services are under the ground all the ducts will already be there, in order to see where the nearest cables are and see what it would take to get you connected we would need to arrange a technician visit, you can speak to our Sales team who can arrange this, you can call them 0800 183 1234.
