Hi, We are already a Virgin media broadband customer. Informed VM that we were moving to a new property but when the new contract came through, it was for the first floor flat rather than the lower flat. I called to change this but was told there were only two first floor flat addresses on the system and no lower flat address (despite this being on the Royal Mail postcode checker). How can the address be changed to correctly match the Royal Mail addresses as this is reflected on credit reports? The team were really helpful in moving me but no one really wanted to touch this issue!
