Hi, I've recently joined the virgin media as a new account and I'm waiting for the kit being delivered until this Friday (10 Mar).
In the same address, my partner has been using the virgin media customer and just ended the contract today. We're trying to minimise the disconnection so I was wondering if we could get a help by adding the existing hub to my new account to get it up and running straight away for me while the new one is being delivered.
