The cable that connects TV box to the external screw in cable is missing -- I need to get it -- been holding on phone for 50 minutes -- USELESS customer support on phone.
Cannot us my old TiVO box since Virgin have sent some code to it !!! need a refund -- now with out TV

Well after waiting 1 hour & 15 minutes I got to talk to a person.
He was helpful though did not know about this cable but we worked our wasy through it.
I received a cable in the post a few days later.
