Activation

I need my start up hub activating. I can't get through on the phones, have been trying for 3 hours and it just cuts off. I've moved house and the set up isnt working.

Everything is plugged in but no internet.

Can anyone help?

Hi Letsage,

providing you've informed VM about the home move then unfortunately you need to phone to get your box activated. 0800 953 9500.

You will need the box serial number, and your account and area number.

If the activation line isn't picking up you could try speaking to  New accounts and Set Up for them to complete the setup and activation.

That would be options 1,1,1 and 4 if dialling 150 from a Virgin landline , or options 1,1,2 and 4  if dialling 0345 4541111 from any other phone,

Either way it's best to call at 8am when lines first open as it's least busy.
