received my start up pack. Plugged it in all correct.
It’s a hub 4 and all I get is red light.
had activation message saying been done.
been on the phone 3 times still no use. They said someone will call you to help. Rubbish.
not a good start. Anyone had same issue. They can access the hub apparently so my end all fine. Dam frustrating tried all usual stuff reset unplug reboot etc. still no joy
