Activation

Hi I have been trying to speak to someone from virgin for 3 days to get my services activated. I have tried the numbers to text and call even tweeted with no response. This was through the home move team as I already had the equipment. HELP PLEASE! one very unhappy daughter

The phone line one is definitely virgin the one for my TV and broadband has ko casing on it and is just the metal splitters

Ok so were it comes in from.property is there a feed that runs from wall socket then in to the splitter?

The cable comes in and goes straight to the splitter by the looks of it
