Activation of upgrade to 1 Gig

Hi there

Received and installed by Hub 5.0 today as part of an upgrade from 350Mb to 1Gig. Hub 5 is up and running fine but package still stuck on 350Mb. Looks like that is all that has been provisioned. Should I expect that upgrade today?

Looks like my config is still set for previous package. Have rebooted Hub but no difference. Could VM have forgotten to trigger something their end?

Just an update to close this out. I spoke to VM this morning and they had not fully completed the activation set up at their end. This was resolved and I now have the full 1140 down and 104 up.
