Activation, Quickstart

  • Hi. I'm confused. I read forum and some people say I must call and activate, but someone say I don't must should be already activate before coming. So what I have to do ? Now hub3 don't want connect whit Internet.

Maybe someone can do this for me here?

afaik most come pre activated but not all so - 0800 953 9500

quickstart is for when VM know there has been a previous install but they dont know if the cable has been damaged or if there are other faults until the hub is connected

so ring the activation line and see if it works - if not you need o book a tech
