Activation Costs hub2>hub3

Do I have to pay an activation charge if going from hub 2 to hub 3?

You shouldnt have to - there is a free upgrade scheme running - although a lot of their CS handlers dont seem to know about it though 😞

Hi ikearns,

Thank you for your post.

You shouldn't have to pay for this. Have you been charged for this?

No not yet.

I had read people had been charged and then the reply above yours seemed to indicate that it was likely. I also have reservations about using the hub now as you cannot change the LAN IP of the hub 3 so if I were to use it then I would have to change the range I am using throughout the house

Re: Activation Costs hub2>hub3

This can depend on order of the hub 3. If you do have any issues then please let us know.
