Long story short I have issues with my Superhub 2 so have requested a Superhub 3 to be sent out. This could take a week. So in the meantime I got a Superhub 3 from a friend who no longer uses it. Phoned to activate it and was told I had to wait for one to be sent as it would be assigned to my account and I should then phone back to activate that one.
Is this true? I’m not convinced all hubs are specifically assigned to an account be
