Activated Super Hub 4 Three Times, But Still No Connection

Just received the super hub 4 a few hours ago for Gig internet and went to activate it, but still no connection. The ring lights stays a solid red, and when logging on to 192.168.0.1 it says no DS.

I've tried activating it three times, and have received a text message saying that it's been activated but have had no luck so far. Multiple resets/restarts have not fixed the issue.

Any help?

Loads of people suffering the same issue including myself. 

Issue registering Mac addresses. After 3 calls today I was told it would be resolved within 3 working days. Yay!
