I've received my new virgin hub 3.0 and connected everything and have a steady white power light.
I've tried calling the centre to activate my line but was put on hold for more than an hour until the call disconnected and the centre closed.
I need you have this activated asap if you could help please.

It just says they can’t activate and no one at call centre when I rang and try the useless website.
