Activate internet

We have recently moved house and have recieved new cable for our internet router. 

We have setup everything and have messaged GO but has come back with.

We're sorry, but something went wrong when we tried to activate your kit. To get things sorted, please give us a call on 08009539500.

No one answers call and forwards to online services which then tell you to call. Stuck in a frustrating loop and been without internet now for over 3 weeks!! Please help!

Due to the current situation there is a text message only service available.

Just send a text with the issue you are facing and someone will get back to you as soon as they can

I have done this already a few times over the last couple of weeks to no avail. We really need this setup asap. We have just moved house and have a 2 week old baby, we have a huge to do list due to this and especially at the moment we need the internet to get these things done as most places are closed. Understand these are difficult times for all but in very tricky situation.
