Activate account

Recieved new wire for hub. Need my account activated. Sent GO to number, nothing happened just told me yo call which isn't possible at this moment as call centres shut.

Is someone able to simply activate as all connected.

Please help!

I have been contacted today by a virgin media technician and they have sorted this and got me connected.

I've had exactly the same problem, tried contacting Virgin numerous ways but seems impossible to get resolved.
