Hi all,
I hope I can get some help.
I ordered my VM broadband pack two weeks ago and I have received my contract with the account number and area reference.
As suggested in the email from VM team, I tried register to the VM website to track the order of the VM broadband pack. When doing it I get the following error "We can't find an account with the details you've provided. Please contact us to register."
I contacted the VM team multiple times and there answer has always been "we cannot find your information. We will investigate the issue and call you back". So far no one has called back.
Can anyone help me with this?
