Account doesn’t exist

Hello,

I have posted on here previously today and have also been on the phone to Virgin Media. I purchased a package online on 28/10/22 however never received an email with order confirmation. I did however receive a text message asking me to approve documents, which I did the same day. I then chose a delivery date of today, 03/11/22. If I follow the link on my messages, there is a reference number and it says we’ve got your order. 

How is it possible that Virgin Media has my order when nobody can find evidence of my account existing? I don’t want to purchase the package again Incase the same thing happens

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with your account. I can see you already posted about this here: Account Set Up

Please make sure you are only posting once about your issue. If you need to update the thread then just reply to your original thread rather than creating a new one. We understand it's frustrating when something's not right however posting more than once about the same fault makes the boards look busier than what they actually are. It also means we could take longer to reply due to needing to sift through duplicate posts.

Have a look at my colleague's reply on the other thread and stick with that one so we keep all the information in one place.
