Account Number and Area Reference

how can i see my account number and reference area, is this something that i’ll find on the welcome pack email? I have a ‘Contract Information Sheet’ that has a section for these 2 however it doesn’t have any numbers for them. I also don’t have my welcome pack but that is because i believe the primary email was set incorrectly but it may be getting sorted now
