I Recently ordered the gig 1 Wi-Fi package. I haven’t ordered from virgin before. I have received a few pre contract details and I chose todays date (13/12/22) for the installation date. And no one has turned up I also haven’t received a welcome package with an account number so I can’t even access my account.
