Accidentally cut through cable whilst gardening

I have stupidly managed to partly cut through the main cable running from the path to my property whilst digging out a hole for a fence post. I have gone through the online system and have booked a technician to attend (text confirmation received). But no one has turned up and there is no appointment showing in my account. Where do I go from this to get it resolved? Thanks
