Having issues! Installed new hub 3 ( new customer quick install) I'm getting solid yellow light and no connection.
I can connect to settings via various devices and signal strength is strong, I get the fault Broadband -access denied I've checked and rechecked cables several times and done a factory reset 4 times also turned on and off for long periods, I've been trying to install for 6.5 hours.
Spoke to a few people from customer services and non of them can help.
Some information that may/may not be relevant. Previous tenant disconnected 2 days ago.
I have 2 outlets for VM upstairs and downstairs I've tried both.
Used the fault checker on the app and via settings.
