Access denied broadband quick start

Hello,

Having issues!  Installed new hub 3 ( new customer quick install) I'm getting solid yellow light and no connection. 

I can connect to settings via various devices and signal strength is strong, I get the fault Broadband -access denied I've checked and rechecked cables several times and done a factory reset 4 times also turned on and off for long periods, I've been trying to install for 6.5 hours.

Spoke to a few people from customer services and non of them can help.

Some information that may/may not be relevant. Previous tenant disconnected 2 days ago. 

I have 2 outlets for VM upstairs and downstairs I've tried both.

Used the fault checker on the app and via settings.

Will not connect via ethernet connection.

 

 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

Have you tried phoning activation number - 0800 953 9500

Certainly have about a dozen times apparently I'm activated 😐

Many people are reporting this today. Apparently the activation system is down.
