So I'm moving into a house with a friend, we both ordered broadband to the same house. We have both agreed to cancle mine and keep his. How can I cancle my order? I literally made it 30 mins ago.

Have you been able to cancel the services you ordered since your post?
If not then please ring us on 150 / 0345 454 1111 so we can ensure this is done and doesn't cause any delays in the services being installed.
unfortunatly not. I lost my phone this morning so havn't been able to call. Is it possible to cancle online? Im already using the new internet it all setup and im on it.
